Hi All,
How easy would it be to loosen or fracture(?) a TKR prostheseis from flexion stretching? I noticed a "clunking" after stretching a knee. Not clear as to whether or not it was there before the stretching. Patient says it wasn't, thinks I was too aggressive. He is feeling the need to go for an x-ray. Thanks in advance for all replies.
