Nari not meaning disrespect to you personally , I just don't buy it.
On the key elements of neuromodulation I've no real objection, However I am constantly reminded that simple is best , that joints are important, and just how much may be moot. In an everyday way I'm alert to the changes brought about by attention to facet joints that provide a speedy and lasting return to pain free function on many levels. To dismiss the facet inflammatory argument as irrelevant is not specious.

whoops , should have said is specious.

OK, so you are in a feisty mood...

How do you explain that an inflamed, cranky physical structure such as a joint (facet, very well) resolves within minutes(few --> 10?)?
Does a sprained, perhaps swollen joint resolve within minutes by what process if you ignore the PNS or the CNS?
It is just too fast to be anything but neural in effect.
Your method is simple, but it is not the only simple method. That is all I can say on the topic of choosing joint focus over anything neural.
