Shill- My lumbar spine is not that bad. Whenever I get achy my left side is the usual culprit. ROM is full-painfree usually, It is interesting you ask though, b/c recently I was showing a patient a exercise in s/l and reached back to grab the tx table and pop, click, click and pop all coming from my back. Sort of tough to evaluate myself but since I have been achy lately I am going to have someone at work take a look at me. The last MRI I had showed some mild DJD L4-5, nothing impressive. I have also noticed that when I treat lately, I am putting my left foot on a stool to take the weight off, which feels better.
Sarah-I just had a 13 y/0 old with HNP (trauma) and one of my colleagues had a 16 y/0 with "DJD" lumbar spine, according to the physician. Not sure how that panned out since she was not my patient.
