Kent -> cremaster/fluctuating testosterone and obturator (December 19, 2004 4:46:00 AM)
|
23y.o. male(not on steroids) with radically fluctuating testosterone level(usually no sex drive) and almost constantly retracted testicles who was 3 months premature came to PT due to tendency to ER left leg,walk on border of left foot and lower leg numbness. Severe hypertonus and trigger points were found in adductor brevis and obturator externus(along with the usual Q.L. and piriformis). Treatment of left upslip,modest scoliosis, triggerpoints has resolved numbness and 80% of leg symptoms. Obturator nerve intrapment seems plausible. How does cremaster fit into picture and what more can I do?
