Our department lacks specialists in occupational therapy as well as speech pathology so i would just like to find out what could be done with a swallowing dysfunction. If you guys have any treatment suggestions or resources that would help I would most appreciate to find out your experiences with patients who have similar disorders. Much thanks once more.
