Randy,

If you do, perform an RCT to see if people experience improvement and sell it hard as EBM. Cha-ching. Why spend 7000 when you can make it?

I would agree, and think cheap placebo trumps expensive placebo any day.

For patients in pain or with significant symptoms, try getting a placebo controlled trial (or anything other than intention-to-treat designs) through an IRB these days...it ain't easy. Many times impossible.

The chiros of old had some success with the Toftness Radiation Detector for years...pretty cool little device. Check it out...

There is a difference between the Infrared light therapy and the low level, cold and soft lasers.

I'll give you an update in a few weeks. The clinic did get the Anodyne unit. It was donated by a patient who wanted the treatment (and I guess a tax write off.) I don't think the lady buying it makes a very objective test subject so she is excluded.
