Hello Mark...welcome to RehabEdge...its your pal David from Florida. As far as the topic of how to best treat your patients, Chris, quite a situation you are in. I would be interested in knowing more about your healthcare system and why you cannot push for change. Perhaps if the leaders in your country making those budget cuts could see themselves or their family members in the same situation, they might change their priorities.
Also, send them the research that Mark shared with you.
