Hi!
I was asked to prepare :
i. Standard operating procedure for stroke physical rehablitation
ii. Standard operating procedure for Neuro-Medical condition for physical rehablitation
iii. Standard operating procedure for Neuro-Surgical condition for physical rehablitation
The above SOP is a guidelines for future physiotherapists/physical therapist who will be posted in my neurology unit.
Anyone who have such SOP please guide me.
