Does anyone know of any place that provides intense physical therapy on an outpatient basis. I'm interested in finding places that may provide therapy 4-6 hrs/day in order to treat neurological deficits such as CVA,SCI,MS, or TBI.

Any help would be much appreciated.

In my area (California) the ones that come quickly to mind are Kaiser Vallejo, Daniel Freeman, Rancho Los Amigos. I've never worked at any of them and I don't do neuro rehab, going by reputation only. Is there a listing on the internet for CORF accredited facilities that do neuro rehab? Good luck in your search.

Try Kessler Rehabilitation, located in the Oranges in New Jersey. It has a great reputation for providing rehabilitative services... I believe that is where Christopher Reeves was at one point.
Also try Helen Hayes Hospital in W. Haverstraw New York, and Burke Rehab in westchester county New York. Not sure about the exact hours of PT provided, but I know they have more intense programs.
