Hello everyone,
I do not have enough information about most popular fields for private practice.
I read that outpatient clinics are for private practice. I have an MD degree from country outside USA. Now I almost graduated from PT school in America. I understand that I have to work at list couple years in clinic before opening private setting. I am counting on my MD knowledge for ability to work in direct access.
I am interested in geriatric ortho at the present time . I need an advice from PTs with experience what field to choose in my situation.
Are there pivate clinics in USA just for geriatric people in orthopaedics? I was good in neuro and ortho.
What clinical rotations do I have to go to for that before graduation? What fields are the most beneficial for private practice?
I do not know hospital system in USA so well. There is no Physical therapy profession in my native county.
Would appreciate any advice.
