if the ankel has a 20 degrees plantarflexion contracture, how would you document it in your eval, is it this way plantarflexion 20 to 50 and what about the dorsiflexion should i write it this way -20

"The ankle lacks 20 degrees from neutral dorsiflexion."  Relatively unmistakable.

Plantar flexion: 20 to 50.  This is correct.
