The schools in the US can be found at the American Physical Therapy Association website at: http://www.apta.org

All programs should have a course in neurology. I am not aware of any programs that specialize in neurology. Once a PT degree is earned, one may specialize in neuro. However, I read somewhere that there is a neurology residency in PT but that is for those who are already PT.
