Hello,
First what you have to do is find out which school you will be going to in Florida. Then you can look up the school in the Amercian Physical Therapy website at http://www.apta.org and click the link on the left of the screen on education and keep going until you get to the schools. You hit the letter "F" for Florida and then see the schools in the area. They might have websites so you can see exactly what they want you take, i.e math, sciences, etc. If they do not have webpages, then you can call them and they will mail you all the information you need from that particular school. Every school is different and it is better to get the right info from the school you plan on attending. Hope this helps

Hello,
My advice is to choose the courses you are interested in taking and then ask the licensing board to see if they are acceptable for you to take. I cannot tell you which courses to take. You need to look at your school's catalogue, copy down the courses or photocopy the pages with the explanation of courses and see if the licensing board approved of them. If someone just tells you what to take, then when it comes time to have the licensing board to review them, they may say that it was not enough or you should have taken a different course. I realize this is difficult but I don't really know how to approach this. For example, in order to take precalculus, the course itself may ask you to take algebra and/or trigonometry before you can take it. Hopefully, someone out there who has been through this exact kind of situation can help clarify things further. Sorry I could not be more helpful.
