does anyone know of any articles explaining rationale and method of application of forced use techniques in neurologica patients?Thanks.

Check MELDINE with the keywords Forced Use, Contraint Induced Movement Therapy or Taub E and you will come up with a bunch of citations. There is one which Taub wrote in Archives of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in 1999 0r 2000 I think which gives a pretty good synopsis of FU. You might also want to check another author...Wolf S. Another strategy might be to do a yahoo search with those key terms and see what comes up ... probably alot. Good luck. Mark
