Like to hear about your experience with the fitbug.
The fitbug is unknown in Germany.
I’m especially interested in:
Acceptance
Results
Drop-outs

Thank you,

Frits Deemter

I used to do it back in the fifties. I'd jitterbug on friday nights, and the fitbug on saturdays. It was widely accepted, and the chicks digged it. The results speak for themselves, I met my wife doing it. Not too many people could od the fitbug, drop out was somewhat of a problem.

Ben--you are way too chipper in the morning.
Signed, "The Night Owl"
And here I thought the fitbug was some sort of an illness ;)
OK, sorry jokes aside, If there is something to this, it may be something for our school district to consider since a Wellness Policy will be mandated next year. I am on the school board, so if anyone has info, let me know! (Or any other ideas to keep our kids fit)

Me and my wife have been thinking it would be a good idea to have a "FIT KIDS" after school program. Have the kids make nutritious snacks and get some nutrition education followed by some fun aerobics type exercise, non-competitive sports etc.

The problem is neither of us particularly like kids, and I will admit I am prejudiced against fat, lazy kids.

that is the worst thing I have EVER heard, but maybe the funniest too. Randy, it is not a fat kid's fault he is fat. The problem is kids isolate the fat kids early for being slightly fat thus limiting their access to group play in fear of being ridiculed so they become more of home bodies and less and less active, combine that with parents who do not watch what their kids eat etc, I mean you think any fat kid wants to be fat?

but really that was funny in a sick way
you're sick
real sick
but funny
..
..
.
.
and sick
Ben
