Wondering if anyone in a true direct access state care to let us know how pts. come to your clinic i.e. do PTs have to do the same selling as chiros do? Also do some clincis choose to see pts only from MDs?---is there any fear of malpractise? CA is a fake direct access state as the PTs in CA seems to have lost their battle with AAOS/AMA and the chiros.

Since out clinic is part of a hospital, they require that they are seen and referred by an MD. A plan of care needs to be established and sent to the MD for approval and sent back.
