Status: offline 		Is there a "best" cardiac rehab program to follow that anyone knows of?  I work in home care and am missing out on rehab info. for patients who skip acute and go home.  precautions, contraindications-exercise, best home ex. program - actual exercises with Rom, and when strengthening is added.  Also anything re: pacemakers and precautions and exercises-type allowed.  thanks.
