I've had a treadmill and Lite Gait Junior set-up at my clinic for about 5 years and use it regularly-in pediatric practice. I have attended a "Neurology of Walking" seminar and have read much of the research, but I'm looking for other's clinical opinions and whether any of you have a standard protocol in terms of frequency, duration, etc. and what kind of success you've had. Any feedback would be welcome--I'm just curious.
Thanks

My research thesis involved treadmill training and my mentor was involved in some of the early studies with spinalized cats on the treadmill.  What population are you working with(stroke, SCI?).  That will change a few things as far as how much weight you need to support.
