Before we begin discussion, what articles and information have you turned up on your own MEDLINE search?

Try the MEDLINE engine at:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/PubMed/

Try the following search string:

"wrist instability" AND therapy

You'll find about 12-15 articles, all approaching wrist instability from a medical perspective. Does this mean that the evidence-base for therapy in the treatment of wrist instability does not exist????

Sadly, it might.

Hey Bobcat,
thanks for the kind words. I like that site alot. The physical exam sections for the knee and elbow are both as good as the wrist article. Additionally, the surgical based articles are well written and provide wonderful insights into rehab for the post-surgical patient.

See ya!

Jeff
