Wondering if you guys have any suggestions, I've been doing saph glides, as well as femoral n glides, alot of DF stretching as well as gentle arom with swiss ball. sart stretching as well. gait mechanics are poor due to contralat med mall fx with a brace (ortho instructed pt to wear brace since pinning was not an option)

wondering if i'm missing anything, modalities for pain also.
