I have a client who recently underwent removal of an accessory navicular and I imagine tibialis posterior tendon repair. She has a long history of medial foot pain and tendonities in the TP. She is pronated bilaterally.

She is currently in a cast boot and working on non-weightbearing strength and ROM. The doctor is concerned about recurrence of the TP tendonitis, as is the patient...and me.

Anyone have experience with the outcomes of this surgery and the rehab stuff. I checked out the ortho speal at the Wheeless sight, but would like some practical rehab advice.
