Anyone out there in academia can help me? I need a bunch of articles on vestibular rehab.  Specifically on geriatric population, non specific cause (age related) if possible.  Not the positioning type rehab, but more like habituation and rehab type articles.  Any and all relevant articles will be appreciated.  I have a doc in town who is trying to put a bug in other doc ears that vestibular rehab has no scientific merit.  I had a bunch of articles back when I was in school, so I know they eist, butI do not have access to the journals anymore.  Thanks-
if you have them please private me so I can give yo my email-
Ben

I did a CINAHL search and found some things, but I can't email them directly because you have to have library access codes from my school. I can however email you the search results list through the ebscohost system, I just need your email. PM me with it and I can send it later.

Hi Ben

I don't know how familiar you are with online journals but lots of the journals (both big & little) publish for free after 1-2 years. This site: http://journals.library.nhs.uk/frames.asp has a listing of all the journals that you can get for free from the net.
If you do a pubmed search (which is free) you can pick the articles you want - those you can't find for free on the net, you can post on the forum to see if anyone has them.

Hope that helps.

Clare

Just went to a course a couple of weeks ago, and they had tons of references.  Give me your fax number and I'll send you what's listed.
