I am currently practicing in Indiana. We have a 100% reimbursement on workman's comp injuries. What is it like in other states?

In California it really sucks! I am moving to Indiana and starting a workcomp clinic. In CA, Arnie (our Governor) has been totally bought out by large Insurance corporations and has totally restricted work comp PT care. Eventually, good PTs will stop accepting work comp and the care will drastically become mediocre. Pulling teeth from an alligator's mouth is an easier job compared to getting paid on a work comp claim. Am I overreacting or other CA PTs feel the same?
