With all the scrutiny on reimbursement for "skilled VS non skilled intervention", who, in a rehab setting is using techs ( non-licensed) and in what fashion. More curious than anything.... Thanks

A tech can also present a pretty fresh perspective on why things are being done a certain way which may make no sense. Some places I've been in don't appreciate this much, while others make use of this valuable information to do an internal reality check.
And always feed and groom your tech well. He may become your boss some day.

sjbird, your tech has a twin sister and works in my clinic as the "manager/tech/dataprocessor/receptionist/bookeeper/second brain..." - sheesh, I AM not paying her enough! And bobcat, you're right - she is good at asking the right question at the right time. Her perspective helps. BTW, she IS the boss - I'm just the owner.
