Hello all,

We are all go getters on this board. I work in a private clinic that means well, but is very poorly run. At this point in time I would love to manage the clinic and turn it around. I am a "what can you do for me" kind of person, so I am looking for ideas to take to our owners of how to run our clinic better than it is today. (productivity, billing, coding, marketing, teamwork, cont education....) What are some of the things that you or your clinic do that really make it hum and create a cohesive, enjoyable, productive place to work. I would be happy to share some of the great things that I have seen while working at other clinics as well.
