Does anyone have a way to get the WOMAC questionnaire? Trying to devise a program to begin an orthopaedic center of excellence in our hospital.

It appears to me that you'd need to contact Professor Bellamy at: http://www.womac.org/contact/index.htm

I had to complete information on myself and the use of the DASH and QuickDASH for access. I don't use the WOMAC, because I prefer the LEFS and my patient population is a broader range than the population the WOMAC was designed. I do know one surgeon office that specializes in only hip and knee arthroplasties uses the WOMAC prior to procedures and post-operatively.
