Still more, per the WCRI:

Percentage of all claims that require PT/OT under WC:

CA: 50%
CT: 55%
FL: 48%
IL: 42%
IN: 48%
LA: 51%
MA: 33%
NC: 45%
PA: 37%
TN: 47%
TX: 53%

Not sure that is as interesting....
