I am a PT licensed in GA. My father lives in NC and needs a power WC. WC vendor (in NC) wants me to write up PT WC eval to speed up the process. I, too, would love to speed up the process, but I can't do this, can I?

You could certainly do this.
However, you need to be familiar with your state's practice act to see if this is allowed. I would also look at the code of ethics to see if you think this could be a conflict of interest.
It also depends on who will be asked to pay for the chair. If a state agency is involved, NC may not accept a LMN from an out of state PT. I would think the DME provider would know that, though.
Good Luck!
