Here are the Workers Compensation Research Institutes (WCRI) stats on average number of PT/OT visits per claim in WC:

CA: 21.2
CT: 14.9
FL: 14.1
IL: 16.6
AN: 12.2
LA: 18.4
MA: 14.9
NC: 15.1
PA: 16.7
TN: 13.4
TX: 15.7
