I am trying to get my facility to purchase a new biofeedback machine for use in treatment of patients. As you all know, any facility will pinch the life out of every penny unless you have a solid leg to stand on. I've used biofeedback machines in the past a lot, whether it be at the strengthening end of the scale or the inhibition end. I have some articles stating its benefit, especially in quad strengthening, but I am needing some more backup for my request. If anyone has some good articles supporting this treatment approach (for any impairment), I would appreciate it. Also, if anybody has a "feel-good" story about their incorporation of it in a past treatment program, I would take that, too.
Help me in sqeezing a few pennies from the ghastly hand of administration, will you?

go to PEDro and type in biofeedback, or go to hookedonevidence.com and type in biofeedback. Both very good sites ot find PT related evidence based articles-

Thanks for the reply. I searched on PubMed, but didn't really get what I wanted, plus when you find something, you can't get the full article unless you've got a subscription to the magazine. Yadda, yadda, yadda.
I'll check them out.
Have you had good results from using biofeedback?
