My wife (also a PT) has developed an interest in the treatment of urinary incontinence. It seems there is a multitude of equipment, courses, and techniques that have been developed to treat this condition. There were several booths at the Combined Sections Meeting promoting products relating to this.

I'm looking for recommendations from anyone with experience in this area. Where to start? Any particularly good courses? Instructors? Companies to deal with? Equipment? Any other suggestions?

Northeast Seminars is advertising a course instructed by Janet Hulme, MA, PT March 31-April 2nd in Salt Lake City. Call 1-800-272-2044 for more info. Entitled: "Beyond Kegels: Evaluation and Treatment of Pelvic Muscle Dysfunction and Incontinence."
Any course instructed by Elizabeth Noble would be good also. I'm not sure about the e-stim devices but I'm sure these courses would be a start. Any PT journal lists tons of Pelvic Floor courses.

My state association (WA) has a few videos on incontinence in their library. Yours may also.
