I work for a private practice that is expanding into an amazing opportunity in Sarasota/Bradenton, FL. We are trying everything and cannot find anyone to fill the position. Does anyone have any tips to help with this? I take this as a great sign of my job security, but we are going to need someone...soon. We are very selective, but have gotten very few responses. We are trying to avoid recruiters, the rate we were quoted was $62/hour, that's unreasonable. Let me thank you in advanced for any advice.

I know that in NY there is a job list at www.nypta.org. I wonder if Florida has this as well. Probably post this at the main APTA website as well.

If your company is evidence based, the evidence in motion crew do have an area on their site dedicated to physical therapist and physical therapist assistant openings.
