Has everyone herd of this test. It is a new clinical test to check for meniscus tears. I first herd about this test from Kelley Fitzgerald at his knee course given through Evidence in Motion.

This was discussed at length in an earlier post. I have found a very high correlation of false positives in PF patients using this test. I have also seen it positive in synovitis patients, who have no meniscal tear on MRI and/or surgery. It works when looking at ALL the evidence/signs you are seeing with your patient.

AR15, I wouldn't use it exclusively. As John stated, correlate it to pt hx and other objective findings. I have found the functional maneuver useful and reliable thus far.
