I began working in a facility last year where they used a theraciser protocal for extremity strengthening. It is similar to theratubing. The protocal consists of four phases: 1)short range of motion at slow speeds 2)short range of motion at fast speeds 3)full range of motion at slow speed and 4)full range of motion at fast speed. Each session is timed for 30, 45, or 60 seconds. I have never heard of this before and have not been able to find additional information. Has anyone else worked with theraciser?
