As posted on Yahoo.com: "Michael Leavitt, President Bush's choice to be secretary of Health and Human Services may have to cut billions of dollars from the government's mammoth health programs for the elderly, poor and disabled to pare the budget deficit."

How do you see this affecting PT as a whole, now and into the future? Will it be back to no PT for Medicaid programs? What type of reimbursement cutbacks will come out of a revamped Medicare? Will this send the PT salary back down the slope of mediocrity and a paltry sum?
