Which one is manifested in Straight leg raising? I mean which has leg pain upon? Is it syringomyelia or hydrocephalus? I thought, since both affects meningeal coverings both manifests leg pain upon movement?

I would think that syringomyelia is manifested in SLR. I would think hydrocephalus would also, but may not all the time, depending on where around the brain it was and what was causing it and from what ventricle.
