My company has offered me a position in a Start Up clinic, I am getting in this sort of last minute, and was wondering if anyone "doing it over", or just starting up - had a wish list for equipment. I have a few things in mind but I want to make sure I cover all the basics. To give an idea of my area of expertise is mainly outpatient ortho, sports, kids, geri, FCE, and manual therapy. I am going to be the only clinic for many miles in a rural area of GA, so I need to make sure I have most of what I need. I will not be doing wound care, I am unsure if there is going to be a hand therapist. Thanks for everyone's input!!!

Congrats...I just opened shop 3 months ago. Here is what we've got lying around: Basic stuff, but sure gets a lot of use....
Hi-Lo table
Mat table
Plinth
Combo knee flexion/extension unit
UBE
Recumbent bike
Elliptical
Total Gym
and a bunch of dumbbells, weights, wobble boards, foam rollers, etc.
About the only thing I wish I had but don't would be a pool :)
