Does anyone have a sports hernia repair protocol they have had success with? Also, does anyone have any info about dealing with nerve irritation pre and post op-iliohypogastric, genitofemoral, oturator, or ilioinguinal? Any guidance in this area would be greatly appreciated!

As I responded to in your email to me Sarah I'm glad my suggestion was the right one. This forum is better placed for professionals to share information on and not direct patients in their therapy. Find a competent therapist and they will be able to help you.
