I was hoping to post this in the "Radiology Case Study" section. There seems to be limited access to this section?

Anyway, I hope you enjoy the case. I'm curious to learn about some of your experiences in dealing with this type of condition. I was wondering if anyone had experience in dealing with both the conservative therapy and post-surgical approaches to rehabiliation. I don't think I gave to much away here? I'm simply curious to see how patients function differed depending on whether they chose surgery or conservative care. This may be a question best suited for a literature review? And, I'm sure the answer may vary on a case by case basis?
