Well here it goes... i don't know what Else to do... about 2 weeks ago i Seperated my sholder... went to the Hospital they X rayed me and told me my AC was 'streched' and they threw a sling on me... i have reason to believe that its a grade 3 seperation for my Bone is sticking out quite high.. they sent me to a orthopedic/physical Therapist in town and he turned me down because im on medical... i have absolutly know way of rehabing it on my own with out information from a trained Physcial therapist...im out of options Please someone Give me some infortmation.. such as exersies i can do to rehab my sholder at home..thank you
