I see a LOT of shoulder patients. As a new grad I am using bits and pieces of things I have learned about scapular dyskinesis as a part of my treatment plan. As a student I performed a single subject design on scapular taping in the treatment of dyskinesis in a patient with subacromial impingement syndrome. The results were basically inconclusive. During my research I found several studies by Ben Kibler. I was wondering if anyone has information on continuing ed. courses on scapular dyskinesis.

Thanks,
tgrim

Lyn Watson does a very good shoulder course.

I teach part of an ebm course on the shoulder. I actually teach the scapular biomechanics part. I think we are trying to organize a Vancouver course.

Research wise you want to look for people like:
Graichen
Ludewig
McClure
Karduna
van Der Helm

Its hard to piece together the literature if you don't understand the mechanics.
