I am looking for some information on prosthesis for children who underwent VanNess rotationplasty surgeries (femoral) due to osteosarcoma. I have bee treating two children and they have made some nice gains in function. One is about to advance to a new prosthesis. The thigh componant is a rather firm plastic vs a malleable product. Any input?
