Hello,
Go to http://www.therapyed.com for the O'Sullivan Review. The best one I have seen so far.

Two additonal materials that I used also proved very helpful in my review for the exam. One was, "A Guide to Success: Review for Licensure in Physical Therapy", by Scott Giles, MS PT. It gave a nice academic review but I liked the clinical application templates for various conditions even more. Another was, "PT Study Cards by Theresa Meyers", broken down into small areas of study. It was concise but great to read in the train and didn't take up much space in the bookbag.

1. Physical Therapy Board Review by Brad Fortinberry, PT and Michael Dunaway, PT, 2002, 160 pgs. ISBN: 1-56053-497-4. $29.95
-400 review questions

2. Physical Therapist Assistant Board Review by Brad Fortinberry, PT, Michael Dunaway, PT, Justin Boyd, LPTA, 2003, 225 pgs.
ISBN: 1-56053-605-5, $29.00
-400 review questions

3. Preparing for the Physical Therapist Licensure Examination by Patricia Rae Evans, 1999; http://www.fadavis.com

4. Davis's PT Exam for PDA's based on Evan's Preparing for the Physical Therapist Licensure Examination by Patricia Rae Evans, 2003, also found at http://www.fadavis.com (this is software and the info that they talk about sounds interesting for those with PDA's)

Keep in mind that these reviews get revised and if you look, you may find a newer editions out there for 2005. Keep an eye out for them. Hope this info helps.
