So Doc, do your patients get mad at you when you say, "Hold still, I'm gonna snap a few quick pics. Can you bleed some more to make it more shocking?" lol looks like hand vs boat winch or something like that.

Any x-rays to go along with the photo? I'm sure there are dislocations, fractures and a lot of swelling there.

Sorry but no, this was a communuted phalanx fracture (open derrrrr) that was simply "in a bad way". She went to surgery of course, I did a digital block and irrigated and started antibiotics. Check out the fake nails!
