Hello, I'm looking for a magazine to publish a paper I wrote about PT semiology in neurology regarding the testing of motor signs to detect subtle neurological deficits in pts with unilateral cerebral lesions. Could anyone suggest a specialized magazines or journal to go to? Thanks for any help.

The neurology section has something they publish quarterly, I think. I'm not a member, but look to that section for details.
