We're working on building an Industrial Medicine program in an extremely tough economic climate. Several area businesses have closed or layed off dozens of employees in the past few months, so things are tight.

Basically, I'd like some input regarding the best way to charge companies for our services, should they agree to participate. I have outlined the following:

1) Company pays a fee/hour for services like post-offer/pre-placement, FCE's, work hardening, educational seminars, job analysis, ergonomics, etc.

2) Review a client's data for injury rates, etc., decide on some interventions, and then ask for a percentage at the end of the year if any savings are seen.

Any thoughts on the above, or does anyone have other suggestions?

Many thanks in advance.

Get a lawyer who has done this before.
