Status: offline 		I'm considering making the jump from Clinician to Director of PT. I'm looking at all options, from OP/Ortho to SNF, but leaning towards SNF. I have a BS in PT and an MBA in Marketing/Finance, with no emphasis in Healthcare administration. My question:  in preparation for taking on this position, what's a good reference/resource to "get me up to speed" and, any advice or warnings? I definitely need to brush up on Medicare regs for SNFs, as my main experience is in OPPT. Recommended readings, anyone? Thanks -
