I'm seeing someone that had decompression of the radial nerve and posterior interosseus nerve. Anyone have any experience with these? Should I be concentrating on general range/strength with some nerve mobilization exercises?

Yup, that's pretty much the best route....prevent the nerve from scarring or becoming entrapped (again), maintain motion (or regain if they've lost), reduce effusion and pain, and eventually strengthen......find out what they cut through to gain access, or did they simply split muscle groups
