Drew and Group:
I was wondering if any of you could point me toward reasources for this therapy. We have a CP patient in the clinic who ambulates short distances with b/l loftstrands. I think she would benefit but I am not sure.
Also, is this being done anywhere in the NYC area.
Regards, Mcap

I would definately consider your patient a prime candidate for PWB-TT. Phil Koch, PT is in Long Island and may be able to help you in this regard. He's got a small, private practice and he's also taught continuing education at the national level.
If that falls through, and there're no reason why it should, I'll get you in touch with Ginny Paleg, PT formerly of the MOVE curriculum and now working on a postprofessional DPT at University of Maryland.
If all else fails, I'll make a road trip to NYC sometime this summer.
