PT licensing in Washington - May 13, 2005 6:18:00 AM    shalaka   Posts: 55 Joined: October 17, 2003 From: Gainesville, FL Status: offline Hi, I plan to apply for WA state PT lisensure by endorsement. I hold ative MI state license, MHS,PT degree from UFL. I did bachelors in PT from India What I have gathered is I do not have to undergo credential evaluation. Plz correct me if this is not true. Is there anyone with a similar situation applying/having WA license? Plz enlighten. Thank you Shalaka Post #: 1
